These terms explain how Wedsy can be used by couples, vendors, and visitors. By browsing the website, creating an account, saving vendors, or submitting a listing, you agree to use the platform in line with these terms.
Using Wedsy
Wedsy is a wedding discovery and planning platform. We help couples explore vendors, compare options, and organise decisions in one place. We are not the direct provider of venue, catering, photography, decor, beauty, or any other wedding service listed on the platform.
Accounts and accuracy
When you create an account or submit business details, you agree to provide current and accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Vendors are responsible for keeping their listing details, prices, portfolios, and contact information honest and up to date.
Bookings and vendor relationships
Any booking, payment discussion, quote, timeline, or service agreement made between a couple and a vendor is handled between those parties directly. Wedsy may help users discover and shortlist providers, but the final decision, contract terms, service delivery, and dispute handling remain the responsibility of the couple and the vendor involved.
Content and platform standards
You may not upload false information, misleading prices, copied portfolio work, abusive messages, or unlawful content. Vendors keep ownership of the photos, text, and brand assets they upload, but by posting them on Wedsy they give us permission to display that content on the platform so users can discover their services.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend listings, remove content, or limit access if an account appears unsafe, misleading, inactive, abusive, or in breach of these terms. We may also update platform features, categories, and listing requirements as Wedsy grows.
Liability and contact
Wedsy is provided on an as-available basis. While we aim to keep information clear and useful, we cannot guarantee that every listing, review, quote, or availability detail will always be complete or error free. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@wedsy.com.
